Event: 30th Anniversary Dinner
Location: RACV Club Melbourne, Australia
The Objective
To arrange a special 30th Anniversary Dinner at which guests could celebrate the history and achievements of the Group, be recognised by peers and suppliers and have the opportunity to network and socialise.
Dovetail Brand Engagement was asked to design a unique ATAC 30th Anniversary logo mark, all creative concepts ranging from table centrepieces to developing a movie timeline, AV, staging and music; to liaison with sponsors, designing and running presentations and logistics throughout the event, including photography, PR and a wrap-up newsletter.
The Outcome
All guests thoroughly enjoyed the festivities, described it as "the best ever" and didn't want the night to end when the banded stopped playing.
The stress of organising and running the event was taken away from ATAC's team who instead were able to socialise with members and enjoy themselves.
The Experience
Giant balloon centrepieces resembling the ATAC logo filled the room and the sounds of Jen Hawkins & the Cocktail Cruise Quartet set the scene, for the night. The unique ATAC 30th Anniversary branding was evident on dual screens, on the lectern, on menus and on gift bags and reinforced the pride in the Group's accomplishment.
Guests enjoyed networking and catching-up with each other over a delicious dinner, with highlights being the nostalgic trip down memory lane while watching the timeline movie, involvement of sponsors, presentation of Awards and the large, sparkling Croquembouche brought out for dessert.
