To create an engaging 3-day conference in Hawaii themed “Smarter, Faster, Stronger” with the goal of equipping delegates with new strategies to grow their businesses and with time to embrace the spirit of “aloha.”

The Experience
Leis, cocktails and the ITG flag flying at the Moana Surfrider resort made everyone welcome. A ride in an authentic Waikiki Trolley bus to watch the sunset before the welcome dinner at the Outrigger Canoe Club set the scene for the weekend.
With a stage backdrop inspired by the surfing culture and exotic flora of the island, presenters lead the way with launches of new products, strategies and pathways to success. Perceptionist, Tom Berger mesmerized the audience with his amazing mind games, while the stage was set alight at the Awards Dinner with a spectacular ukele performance by the Hawaiian ukele sensation, Taimane Gardner.
